The problem
Teams running Web3 infrastructure needed one place to manage their projects and take part in governance, without digging through scattered tools and technical screens.
What I built
Product and web design for a governance and management dashboard: clear views of projects, proposals and activity, and a website that explains the product to the teams who use it.
How it works
A team signs in, sees the state of its projects at a glance, and follows or acts on governance decisions from the same dashboard.
What changed
A technical product got a calmer, clearer interface that teams could understand and use day to day.
