SD Events
An event studio’s planning, proposals, and venue search, in one place.
Planning with clients happened across messages, PDFs, and email. Venue information lived in people’s heads, and the website described the studio but didn’t bring in leads.

The problem
Planning with clients happened across messages, PDFs, and email. Venue information lived in people’s heads, and the website described the studio but didn’t bring in leads.
What I built
A public Venue Book with search-friendly venue pages. A client project room where each client gets one link with their mood board, seating layouts, budget, and entertainment options. A ‘Lookbook’ vision form that turns a visitor’s ideas into a magazine-cover style preview of their event. An admin dashboard for the team to manage mood boards and clients. Behind it: company email, an AI call line for Canada and Türkiye, and 3D models of real venues to test layouts before event day.
How it works
A couple browses venues, shares their vision through the Lookbook, and becomes a client. The studio then sends a single proposal link instead of a stack of attachments, and updates it as details change.
What changed
Proposals now go out as one shareable page with design direction, layout options, and an estimated budget, which clients can review before a call.
