The problem
A broker with airline and airport partnerships had access to discounted business and first class fares, but no way to show those deals to travellers or capture leads outside his existing company.
What I built
The design for a booking platform built around his deals: a custom request form, and a back end that filters partner fares and shows matching prices, which he could update in minutes.
How it works
Travellers request a route, see the premium deals that fit, and he completes the booking and earns a commission.
What changed
A complete, ready-to-build product design that turned private partner deals into a public storefront.
